LDA City First Mosque Design has been Completed Development will start soon in C Block Jinnah Sector LDA City Lahore. As 80 % work of C Block has been completed. All roads are carpeted and sewerage work also has been completed. LDA has decided to build a mosque in C Block which will be the first mosque of LDA City. Naya Pakistan Apartments: The first phase of opening of tenders for the construction of 4000 apartments under the LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments project has been successfully completed.

The Punjab Cabinet has already accorded approval of the procedure for allotment of the apartments besides giving a go-ahead for an agreement with the Bank of Punjab. This agreement is made in terms to allow the Bank of Punjab for financing the construction.

About the pricing of the apartments, it is revealed that a 650 Sq. Ft flat will be costing an estimated price of Rs 2.7 million. For which 10% of the total amount will be paid as the down payment. The remaining cost of the apartment will be paid in easy installments. The installments will be paid after giving possession of the apartment.

Six contractor companies filed their bids for building another 256 apartments under package four of phase-1. 4 tenders were opened for the construction of two blocks. A total of 32 apartments will be constructed in every block of the project.

Two tenders for the construction of 960 apartments were opened on the 10^th of February. 3 tenders for the construction of 768 apartments were opened on the 13^th of February while more than 3 tenders for the construction of 384 apartments were opened on the 17^th of February.  

Addressing the occasion, Engineer Amir Riaz Qureshi stated that LDA Vice Chairman SM Imran was supervising LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments Project. In the first phase, work on building 4000 apartments will begin in the current month.
